All BBQ selections are served with corn bread, baked apples and a choice of (2) sides.
Our original mild BBQ sauce will be basted on all meats unless specified. Any of these entrees can be served dry (no sauce) or with any of our other wing sauces.
Slow Smoke Facts: All meats are slow cooked in our on-premise smoker at a low temperature to allow the smoke to penetrate the outer layer of the meat for premium flavor, tenderness and maximum enjoyment!!
A pinkish ring around the meat is normal as a result of this process. All meats are dry rubbed with our own spice recipes before they are smoked.
All of our dry rubs and most of our sauces are gluten friendly. Just ask your server!
